The Paddles Up Family
Dan and Laura Landucci founded Paddles Up Poke in 2016 in Boise Idaho. Their dream of opening a restaurant in Downtown Boise started in college at Boise State University. Dan and Laura wanted to start a restaurant that could make a difference in their community. Paddles Up gives back 5-10% back to the community through supporting local sports, youth sports, education, and other non-profits.
When not at the restaurants, you can find them with their three children and two dogs enjoying all the amazing outdoor activities Idaho has to offer.

Paddles Up was founded in 2017 in Boise, Idaho. Since opening our doors in Downtown Boise, Paddles Up has grown to six locations in the Treasure Valley and one location in Salt Lake City, Utah. As our company continues to grow, we ensure every store stays true to its roots and foundation.
Paddles Up has been voted “Best of Boise” since opening, and “Best in the West” by VIA Travel Magazine.

All of our ingredients are hand selected with you in mind. From the freshest fish and produce, to our gluten free sauces and non fish options, Paddles Up has something for everyone.
Not a fan of fish? No problem!
As much as we love poke and all of our amazing fresh fish options, we understand it’s not for everyone. The good news is we have amazing options for every kind of eater. Try our 18 hr slow roasted kalua pork, or our grilled teriyaki chicken. We also have tofu and other vegetarian options as well. Plus all of our sauces and most of our choices are gluten-free.
